If I click the play button to stream a song, my mediaplayer (Winamp) does noting - the playlist m3u is not available! But if I download the m3u and play it in winamp, it works! Suspect that it is my browser (IE 6) that doesn't DL the file. What to do?

It does sound like your browser.
Do a right-click on the .m3u file on your desktop and choose 'open-with' and then 'choose program'. Pick the mp3 player you want as your default. Before you click OK, click the box that says ALWAYS USE THE SELECTED PROGRAM.
Then clear your cookies and cache and try to play a song again.
