After coming across the unsigned bands website, I have
listened to your music and it is most impressive.

I am enquiring whether you would be interested in having your music
played globaly for free.

TyneFM.Com on the 02nd April 2005 is changing it's music format to give
international bands free airplay.

This is going to be a great vehicle for you as this station is already
well known.

If you are interested in this free publicity please reply as soon as
you can as we are wanting to get as much music as possible on our
playlist ready for broadcast.

I received that as well and looked at the website. It looks harmless enough. I know people from that area, maybe I should ask them if they know anything about it...

i replied to a email i got from tyme.com regarding free airplay in april on there station.i havent heard anything back yet.has anybody like alek or anybody else heard anything about these guys?just curious. Smile

any exposure is good exposure- i'd let anyone broadcast my stuff at any time to any audience, the bigger the better.

I got the email. I asked if there was a catch or if there was anything they needed me to do; they told me all they're doing is downloading artists' music (with their permission) to play on their radio station.

Which makes me wonder, because my songs can't be downloaded. Not anymore, at least. How will they be getting them?

anyways. there's really no harm it can do. just make sure you have your stuff copyrighted. unless your music is broadcasted on a major level around the country, you wouldn't see any money anyways. it's just free promotion.
