I've been listenin' to your tracks as you posted them and really diggin' the beats. Dam Girl has gotta be the fave I have.
I don't know much about the genre but I hope this gives you a weel deserved boost of the ego.

All depends.
First what artist package do you have?
If it's the free one then I would say about twice a month jump into the UBW Promotion thread and leave a post for people to listen to ya music.
If you're on a paid package you'll get a rotation spot on the homepage like D-Cell etc. This gives you max exposure.
Also get every track you release reviewed. It's great for feedback but also gets you those all important plays.
Have your songs in Hi Fi and LoFi format so more people on varying connection speeds will listen.
When you fill out your form when you upload a new song make a point of asking "Please Rate this track...Thanks". I've only started doing this and people will rate.
Set up a radio station and include artists that get plenty of plays. If they have a station, I feel it couresy that they will add you, and if their radio station gets plenty of listens this will also count towards song plays for you.
Include a link to your artist page in your signature, make it clear and noticable. Then comment on someone's track. Out of interest they should visit you page and grab a listen.
