I suspect a glitch in the charts. According to them, my songs have been played like 500 times this week. While I wish this were true, I know it's not. My tunes have been around for a quite a while, and usually get less than ten plays a week.
My concern is that this unrealistic uptick in their popularity will cause people to suspect I'm manipulating the charts. I am not.
I'm a little embarassed by these stats, given that I have discovered scads of artists on this site with superior songs. |

I just checked and my stats have come back to earth. My reign as Rock God and Unstoppable Force in Alternative Music has ended. Forget the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame; I probably couldn't get an audition at the House of Blues now!
Ha ha. Just kidding! It was nice for a while, though.
And I'm glad it got straightened out. |

Sorry for the topsy turby emotional roller coaster!!! LOL... The problem fixed itself when i reset the server cache. Hopefully it won't happen again. First time in a year i've seen it!
Take care,

No problem at all Ron! Actually this site runs extremely smoothly virtually all the time.
And with that single, isolated glitch I picked up a few extra listens due to the curiosity factor.
Now my humble tune is legitimately in the Alternative Top 10. |

The downside is that my music was dropped from one of the stations it was on. |

were were poised to take over the world ... we were on the verge, the very razor's edge, of deposing that sissyfuss polyanna whitney steele for the all genre number one slot when all of a sudden the frigging lights went out and the place was turned upside down... i may never survive the trauma and the band is talking to lawyers we're thinking of a billion dollar lawsuit .... |

I've decided it's much better to be a cult favorite-- it allows you more freedom and you get a much more interesting fan base. Yeah, having limited appeal has it's distinct advantages. |

The lawyers say we have a case but we don't have the funds to continue, so you are in luck no lawsuit ... this time..... |
