Hi everyone!!

We are a new band to this really nice site. Our band name is Growing Down, we are from Canada and we are gonna make a new independant album very soon. So all feedback and comments ( positive/negative ) are welcome!!!!

2 songs from our lastest demo are up and it would be really appreciate to get both of them reviewed Smile

Onset

Great metal/punk intro. Very upbeat feel, and still plenty of melody despite the heavy music. The mids in your recording seem a little muddy. I really like the background vocals sung throughout much of the vocals. Reminds me a lot of one of my favorite bands (agent orange...). Creates a very nice affect during the verse. Nice vocals in the front and back!

Hey drakl,

I see you use quite a few unsigned band sites! I would love to hear your thoughts opinons based on your exprience with multiple sites. Which features are important to you, what would you like to see that no-one has now? We are constantly trying to improve our site to benefit unsigned artists.

Any comments are appreciated!!!

Hey sorry, Minusme I haven't been at home for like 2 days, that's why I'm that late on replying!

I'll take a look at the others sites / your sites.. and I'll try to come back with some helpful opinions. I'll also try to find, like you asked, something that the other site don't have... something that would make your site, something different... hummm let me think about this and I'll come back to you ! Wink

Ok first idea :

Maybe you could manage to make some space on the front page, where you could put the band of the week ( a band that you would like from your site ) . An other one for the helpful band of the week ( a band member that would have make promotion for your site or anything like that).

2nd Idea: Find a way that people won't be able to get plays from each of their listen. They should be able to get a play the next day.

Btw, I really like the way people register... they fill the empty space... upload song... BANG, you have your unsignedbandweb page up. This is really a strong point, look how fast the people are signing up to your site because of that. Congrat on that one!

2nd btw, Hey I'd like to get some reviews guys !!! Wink
