Hi Alek,
You know I don't know much about electronica so take this for what it's woth.....
I like the low thump that was added in the remix, but also it got alot "busier" than the original . Is maybe too much going on in the remix? The softness of the first mix is perhaps overwhelmed by the new added elements?
again - not my genre but that was my impression when listening-  don't know if that's helpful or not?

I have to say that I think the same when i listen to the two tracks.....but nobody will listen to both of them at the same time....a "cleanest" remix'd be welcome
