Hello all,

My artist name is Opposed 1, and I have jus recently set up my page and uploaded three tracks. Some excellent artists reside here!!!

I need some expert help on identifying the correct genre for my music.

Please listen to my track, and offer suggestions on the correct genre to place them in.

Here is my page:

Hello!

Welcome to the site. Listened to you tracks, really like the idea with this story of yours, the songs are interesting pieces and makes one think a littlebit of Indian music, with the flutes, The Genere for this kind of work should be Ambient? Well thats what is sounds like. The favourite i hink is the last one if you have to choose.

Peace/DW.

Thanks DW,

I appreciate the feedback. I never really considered it but you hit the nail on the head with the reference to Indian music. Wink

Indian music often does blend time signatures together to create layered harmonies....

Always interesting to get the feedback of others. So many possible perspectives!

I also have thought that at least in certain spots of these songs there is an ambient element.

Thanks for the comment. I have much contemplating to do......
