Anyone heard of Thomas J Miller - Manager, American, California / San Fransico based. Says he managed Cheap Trick and player in Winterland (merchandising) + a few other bits......nice guy but can't find anything on him on the web which I find a bit wierd. Not suggesting anyone may have met him - Though if you have let me know - just wondering if anyone's got a super search engine and knows the industry check lists! Any help gratefully taken... Ta much.  |

I have a couple old Cheap Trick cassettes from early 80s, but they don't have album credits listed. If there's a Cheap Trick fansite you might check there?

Don't ever remember anyone of that name managing Cheap Trick. Check when he was supposed to have manged them. Maybe in their very early days.
Take smili's advice..check websites, but they don't always tell you. If you can find a band member e-mail...mail them and ask. Becareful...Brooksy had someone who said he managed Springsteen...fortunatley Brooksy knows practicaly everything about the Boss...There's only ever been two managers...and this guy certainly wasn't one of them. |

Yea he's on the up-n-up! He managed Manowar for a long time too. Good guy, really sharp at least from people I know who have worked with him. _jeffsters |

Already did...not trace, emailed the band and their curent label/management/contact but no response at all. Thanks for letting us know though. Apreciate it! just straw cluctching!
I was hoping I could get the address of someone who'd worked with him to ask them direct! - No worries though. Cheers. |

I'm wondering too where he is. The last thing I know is that he had an office in Los Angeles on Laurel Canyon Boulevard and was managing apart from Manowar, another (German) metal band called Blind Guardian.
His company in these days was called Thomas J. Miller Management.
If you're checking the web nothing is too be found. Hope to have some reaction and help ! |
