hi peeps... new headwound track, 'THE ROAST', vocals sound too gated after the re-encode but this is the song that will forever be known as the 'track that has 56 time changes' or 'the one we really don't want to do live anymore'. give it a go anyway and let us know what you think...

LIked it - didn't expect the first drum beat at all. Kind of skips along like a field of bunnies and sun shine.... - before the industrial harvester arrives and mows them into meat soup. Seriously though - rhythm adds a nice twist. Snare sounds a bit loose for me is all - Been listening to Panthera earlier though so my ears are highly tuned into production right now!!! All good. Keep on keepin on. (middle 8 rocks - main event for me). |

Great opening groove. Heavy as hell.
The time and rhythm changes keep you guessing. It's cool not to be able to expect whats coming next.
Cool breakdown at min. 5.
Cool metal solo!!!!!
Love it. Keep it up!

Wholeheartedly agree with this review, how can you not when he talks of" industrial harvesters " and "meat soup"!! Wish I'd thought of that description!
Good stuff though guys, keep it up...I may even buy your ep, if nothing else the title rules!
Well done... |
