Well, this was going to be my 2nd round track...
I tried to make something similar to trance, maybe ambient trance? Anyway, it's called "Springtime in Blue" hope you enjoy it.
cheers,
dave

WOW!!!!
I love the dreamy acoustic, percussion, keyboard intro. Very modern sounding, yet enough elements to keep the traditionals happy! Very well done. This one will appeal to lots of different folks!!!
Really enjoyed Springtime in Blue!!!!

Lol...didn't realise I had speakers on full volume..nearly blew me across the room.
Very "Ultravox" sounding, this track. Ron's right it does appeal to different people. I loved it. Also noticed a bit of Jan Hammer's "travelling" music too. Very cool. |

Thank you so much Ron! I'm not used to working with this much beat but I was pretty happy with the way it tuned out. At least it still has a touch of ambient flavor I think, even if it does have a "4 on the floor" beat to it. Now I want to hear what the "dancemasters" think about it...
Oh, and thanks for fixing the link for me.
ps: I had to play the song myself real quick, I had 666 plays |

Who? What? Okay, I've heard of Jan Hammer
I'm glad you enjoyed this track, it's a different thing for me. I like to experiment when I get the chance so I thought I'd try something with a more traditional trance/dance beat to it but still try to maintain an ambient feel. I just like to compose music, my perfect life would be staying at home in front of my computer all day composing away, with a nap in the afternoon somewhere...
cheers,

Ultravox where members of the early 80's rush of electronic music, with great tunes like Vienna, lol.
And you mean you DON'T stay home all day composing...Just me then? |
