Make sure the song is in .mp3 format and matches the encoding requirement for hi-fi and lo-fi upload (64kbps or lower for lo-fi) and (64kbps or higher for hi-fi)..
Let us know if you continue to have problems uploading!

Ok, We start loading the song, it takes about a minute of it, then Internet explorer
cancels action because it says it cannot reach the web site...Is this a problem with our computer? I..I...I..am confused....  ( starts poking at computer with a large stick  , and calling it very,very  bad names, to see if it fixes the problem....)

Hmmm..
Do you have the song anywhere else on the net? I can try and download it elsewhere and then upload it from my pc. That would tell us if it's your PC or not. What kind of internet connection do you have? What are the specs of the file? (format, encoding, etc...)

No, we don't have it on any of our other sites. We tried to upload it to one of our local sites, and we got the same IE msg. Its must be something on our end...Oh, and just to let you know...Poking a computer with a stick and calling it very, very bad names, does not help the problem...But I certainly feel better!!!         :smt112
