see my comments on the other thread - somewhere around here...
edit: inserted my comments from indie forum thread to keep everythning together...
Inner Vision: I like this alot. great groove and riff, and recorded well. very easy to listen to. I like the background "oohs" in the bridge or chorus parts.
Way things used to be: wah/envelope filter sounds good on guitar. again easy to listen to. verses may be a tad repetitive melodically. Bass line is cool in chorus, like the part where bass slides down the string several times after chorus at 1:13 through 1:20. background vocs add nice dimension again. I really like the ending w/ slight change in the riff.
In My Day - good tune. nothing really stands out at me as I listen, but very listenable. melodically in several of the tunes I wish the vocal melodies moved more - wider range -but is still good tune. I like the bassline here again in the musical interlude.
thanks for sharing, good tunes. smili |

Inner Vision. FANTASTIC INTRO, and great groovin beat!
The background vocals seem just a touch low in the mix. It's not bad, just could be a touch louder.
The songwriting is great though, this is a GREAT rock song!
Great to hear some new stuff from you guys! Now i'm off to listen to the rest of them!

Just the way it is. You're getting rid of probably 85-90% of the data in the conversion. It's amazing to me that mp3 can still so well resemble the original with that much of reduction in file size. BTW, I think the files sound good for mp3.
