Thanks Cnyl.... I fixed the error...
Brooksy,
Just got finished with NATIVE america. This song has a great "americana" style sound, really nice! Reminds me a touch of guthrie, dylan, etc. I like the intimate feel your get with the 'thin' sounding guitar and heavy reverb on the vocals!!!!
Enjoyed it, now on to the next one.....
Ron

Having a listen there now.:
Spirit in the wind.
This is a nice song sorta reminds me of Bruce Springsteen. You are a good song writer.
Seeking savanah:
This is a lyrical masterpiece. I can see this one being the anthem for a peace and love movement. LOL
Sprinteenesque here too.
The recording quality is unusual. How do you record. It sounds live? There is feed back coming from the guitar I think. Occassionally the vocals get a little lost.
I would love to hear your songs recorded track by track.
OVERALL the quality of your song writing shines through you are a very talented song writer. |

Thanks for the comments guys.
ROGUE:
I actually record guitar and vocals together at the moment, but I've just been treated to Cool Edit Pro, so I'll be doing seperate tracks from now on.
When I record there is no reverb or anything at all, just me, in a room, with a disc, mic and plain ole acoustic (a cheap one at that).
The effects are added later, and with hardly anything to work with I've had to improvise of late, I haven't got the production I wanted...
COOOOOLLLLLLL EDDDDDIIITTTTTT PROOOOOOOOOO...yummy...can't wait 'till it arrives. |
