"Welcome to the United Hates of America." This song is not meant to be an anti-American song, as some listeners may conclude. Maisie was born and has lived his entire life in the United States. The song is more anti-most people IN America and anti-certain American policies.

Maisie...
I really like the music, but the lyrics are a little 'too' political for my taste. I prefer subtle inuendo over direct verse. But that's just my personal taste... I'm sure plenty of folks will like your lyrics just as you wrote them!!!!
As always great to hear new material from you!!!!! Keep it coming!!!!
