this was the very first track i ever made . it is a chillout track .
a couple of years ago i was homeless.
not a destitute living on the streets. but abl'y surviving and coping quite well .
i lived for threeyears in a tent under a huge holly bush in some woods about 8 miles out of town . camoflauge netting , solar panels and a lttle wind generator.
i had a pocket tv etc.
the point is , i enjoyed it while i was waiting to be housed . i could have given up and
stayed in various hostels.
but why .
some winter nights wre freezing though and i used to lie there dreaming about the things
i would do when i got my flat.
making music was one of my dreams .
and this is that first track i made .
it is a very chilled ambient piece. and please bear that in mind when listening.
if you want to relax , have a listen
the track is 12 minutes long . and if your expecting dance or you don't really have the time .PLEASE don't listen.
if on the other hand you just want some chilled sounds in the backround.
i think it is worth a listen
thanks for bothering to read this far,
george

Nice Track george!!! WELL WORTH the listen!

Cool nature sounds at the beginning, and the thunder is awesome!!!!

Nice fadeout into the synth, and the song has a great atmosphere!

Really enjoyed this one!!!!

I'm also enjoying this very much. Very good mixing, everything is moved about in different areas of the speakers creating a good atmosphere, I like the crickets in the lower right speaker, and the voices near the center channel. Good smooth mix, nice work!

cheers!

George!!!! it's been a while! where are ya tracks?

Just checking your track...

First i want to say that i really liked what ya wrote in this topic....My english is so approx but something caught me....deep....

OK, i've got 12 minutes and i'm not expecting dance....so.....

This song is just as a picture. I let go inside profoundly and it was just indeed, quiet, far....with a cold/warm feeling....maybe somewhere between Tangerine Dream and something else....Sorry, my english is too approx to say all waht i want to say....

this track was just a great experience for me.....a deepy one..

thanks a lot

alek

George, this isn't my genre so my opinion probably doesn't matter much, but I'm listening and liking... just letting things unfold... I like the vocal jitters from 5:40 to 6:30.
