Listening to "fallen" now...
The guitar intro is awesome. The vocal arrangement is also very well done, and your singer has a great voice. I like the way the song keeps building before you finally bring in the bass and drums, and even then it's pretty subtle.
Overall the song has a nice groove. Very well written.

thanks for feed back. How would you describe the genre? Weird question but we are getting asked it now and we're stumped! (Hard to describe the car you're driving when you're in it if you know what I mean!)  |

Just went and listened to Mercury Rising to get a better feel for genre. I would say you have a couple of choices, in the order I see them. Alternative or Rock....
Mercury Rising is a fantastic song!

Hey man...
I don't normally go off-site, but excellent tunes.
the Fallen tune is very good. I llke the light chorusy sound on guitar. overall mix is very well done. Vocals and songwriting are very good. intensity buildup is good. like the atmospheric noises/harmonic stuff after the first chorus too. more cool guitar stuff at 5+ minute in the fadeout. very cool song outro.
I downloaded the others for listening later, but just quickly clicking through I really liked I don't Mind also.
If you post some tunes to the site I'll definitely put them on my radio station. Very good stuff.

Excellent slow groove leading into the heart of the song. Has a bluesy rock sound, with a modern flair. The groove is AWESOME, and you have no choice but to dance in your chair. The VOCALS are fantastic as well.

I think you guys sound like straight a head alt rock. A little coldplay meet older radiohead meets blur. Sounds great. I dig the vocals on Filed Away.

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Passed it on to the boys. In studio next week so will have something new then. Been writing some new stuff which should define us more - Like the Alternative idea - never thought of us like that (Alternative to me is Mr Bungle - Infectious Grooves) We live - we learn! Keep on keeping on.  |
