What's up guys!!!
Listening to under attack now. First of all, the sound is really crisp, which is good. Every instrument has it's own place in the mix. For heavy music this isn't easily done!!!
I like the guitarwork throughout (being a guitarist myself), and the rest of the instrumentation is pretty tight.
Did you record this yourself or studio?
Take care,
Ron |

Similar comments as last time. like it, particularly the guitar work. if I remember to compare to the last version it may sound more polished now - what did you change in the mix?

There are just so many very talented musicians on this site. That was great music, you really do know how to shred, I am quite humbled. Amazing solos interesting changes, overall a very together and strong song. I would definitely listen to it again. |

Alright guys, Im a brutally honest reviewer.
The song needs to tighten up. The drums almost sound like toy drums. The guitar sound is good however. Being a drummer I know it is very hard to get a good studio drum sound. Try bussing the drums through. Also, dont be scared of vocals. Youd be suprised, maybe one of you can sing even if you think you cant. Maybe a couple of you could sing.
Vocals make the song come alive.
You guys are on the right track. For home recording, I stronly suggest someone in the band be you engineer, which requires at least a year of learning the ropes, but after that youre set. If this is already the case, just keep looking for that drum sound
good luck |
