Hi - because I wanted to change my band name from "Escape Aid" to "Alarms", I sent a message requesting the former account to be erased, indicating that I would be starting a new, paid-for account.
I went ahead and set up a new account for "Alarms", paying for a 1 month basic plan on 16th Oct. But now I can't upload any more songs, and my account is claiming to be on a "free quota". This isn't the case. I would really appreciate it if this could be sorted out.
It seems that maybe "Escape Aid" and "Alarms" have been merged in some way, as now my previous Escape Aid username and password lead to the "Alarms" page. Anyway, like I said, it would be great if "Escape Aid" could be deleted altogether, and "Alarms" be recognised as a paid-for account.
