yes... a sad day, i had heard that he played at that place almost every night,
too bad i never saw him play live....Long Live Les Paul, and now, long Live My "Les Paul" 'cause it may increase in value...lol |

we were lucky we had him around for so long. i actually didn't know a lot about him outside his music, but was surprised to learn that he invented multi-track recording. that's what the NPR said anyhow. my respect for him increased 10-fold after that. |
