the bass fits right into the mix......I think we all need to do one huge collaboration, everyone who is active in the forums gets a piece of the track!! |

sounds really good guys.i remember this track pretty well still. i hear where you made it longer. the solos are really nicely done, Gunner. i don't remember the drum loops being as good the last time. lol i like the extra guitar work you added, Smileygeezer, and think the bass makes it sound fuller, but you could probably still bring the bass up in the mix to really fill it out. but all-in-all it's very nicely done and you you two should definitely doing some more tracks together.
lol i started writing this towards the end of the track, so didn't stop the player. i heard the last bass note from the track...about a minute after the rest of the track was finished. lol i guess you really stretched it out. |

not 'trash" buddy.  'THRASH' it is a term used with certain kinds of Metal. a similar word you might have already heard is 'shredding' but there are differences in meaning. i tried to find a good French translation of the term, but couldn't find a good term in German to use for the French translation. all of my foreign language dictionary sources for French are in German. lol anyhow, it's not 'trash.'
thanks for that, it was the hardest i laughed all week! don't worry, though, cuz even many of us native speakers have to look at the word twice before it registers as 'thrash' instead of 'trash' as you read it. you should hear me try to read French sometime. it's pretty funny.  |

Slowly. Things keep coming up and we keep skipping jams/rehearsals.
We are trying to round off writing this last song, but it looks like we are now splitting it into two songs instead...
Plus I am away for January, so we may not get into the studio til February or March at this rate... 
But still - it will be a kick-ass album for sure! Best not to cut any corners at this stage too.  |
