What the hell happened to all my song plays and downloads...???
They are at zero...
What's the deal on this issue...?
And will it be fixed...? |

don't get too bent out of shape man.  just a bug that will get worked out. if you got the the 'Artists' tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page and type in your artist name, you'll see that your plays and downloads are still recorded somewhere on the site.
you're not the first person that this has happened to. give it a few days and i'm sure one of the site admins will sort out the issue for you. i've had similar issues a couple times and each time it was resolved in a timely fashion.

I'm sure this was a result of the last server update. I rebuilt the stats, but you will need to let me know if the counts are off, for many users the stats after the update were affected. |

mr minus, i checked first thing when i saw this post the other day. when you do the artist search, his plays/downloads were still recorded even though his profile showed 0. of course i'm not sure if the numbers i saw were accurate, but you might want to look there if you haven't already. |

I'm still regrowing what's left to my hair after a major pull out. Snowballs chance in heck that will happen. I still think this site is cool. I'm a nobody but sometimes I feel like somewhere people are enjoying my music. Priceless. |
