HAHA, yea, i like it,well made song, nice riff, quite a unique sound, some nice sampling, quite a nice quirky feel throughout, im not a rap rap fan, but you bought a smile to my face with this one... i hope thats what you are going for, lol, some bits sound serious, some bits are comical, anyways, i enjoyed the tune overall... nice job... |

thanks for the comments man.. you hit the nail right on the head when you said "some bits sound serious, some bits are comical" - 9 times outta 10 there will be sarcastic-humor in my lyrics.. haha.. takes the edge off, ya know.. lol.. |

the feel and flow are pretty old school for sure. way minimal on the soundtrack. you talk about killin', stabbing, dismembering, and such like. lot of it is pretty aggressive. i'm also not the biggest fan of the oft reoccurring 'best MC' theme that has a long tradition in genre.
the recording itself is pretty good. like facefitz pointed out, there are some cool samples. there's something about the vocal mix that doesn't sit right with me, but i'm not sure if i can correctly articulate it.
really good effort, though. keep 'em coming. |

thanx man.. a critical review but not in a distasteful way.. not just stating your opinion - but elaborating on it.. maybe next time i'll get every aspect of the track to bang for ya.. |
