Who is your favorite new rock artist??
I’m really digging this band named The Black Summer Crush. Not many people heard of them, but I’m going to head out to one of their shows to check them out. If you like to see a blend of the Beatles with The Who and Jimi Hendrix, they’re a band to check out. |

I checked them out on their myspace page........
nothing really original....and i dont hear any Jimi Hendrix influence,how dare you reference this to Jimi!!!!!!!
sounds to me like they have been listening to a bunch of 60's albums and derived there musical style from that.....
if you want fresh/new music with that old style rock and roll, look for either Wolfmother or The Tea Party...sorry dude...but thats my opinion... |

Tea Party rock.
also... I swear Black Summer Crush were 'inspired' by a few vocal melodies from the Floyd.
and I don't hear the Jimi influence at all either. |
