well guys, i think we need a video charts and or a tab somewhere linking to videos... its very hard to find any at the moment...

also is theyre any way we can have either mp4's or flv (flash video's) uploads for videos as these are much smaller files... ???

Yes, we do need a video section, but I'm waiting until we have enough videos to keep it fresh.
It is already on my roadmap:
Comments - yes
FLV support - yes
Video Charts page - yes
Add to Fav - yes
