... OK... so i have 2 accounts as a listener, and 2 as an Artist. Somone has hacked into my account for my solo music project... They got in under MY name, and reviewed one of MY songs.... the solo project is Josh Dunn.... I need an admin to get me a new password somehow, I tried my original password for the Josh Dunn account, listener AND artist, and nothing works..... i tried the "lost my password" and its showing as invalid....PLEASE, can SOMEONE help????? I f there is any doubt as to weather or not I am acttually the same person, you can look at the Padlock grim Band page, and see JOSH DUNN is the singer and lead guitarist... and i need the JOSH DUNN Artist page info to get me back in under THAT account. |

Also just found out that at some time in december (the 7th to be exact) i was also hacked and someone signed the Josh Dunn solo project guestbook under the same name... its like someone is hacking me to PROMOTE me.... i dont like this, and if we cant solve the problem then i would rather just take the Josh Dunn page down all together |

 'hacking you to promote you'...lol... that sounds crayzy man... you sure you dont just get totally wasted like me and forget you wrote stuff...lol.. just joking man... hope you get this sorted out... its a bit of a strange one!!! |

yeah, your tellin me... its like some crazy shameless self promotion thing, only i HONEST TO GOODNESS, am NOT doing it... ive ask everyone i know, and they all deny it. whats more, i cant sign in AT ALL on that account. even using the retrieve my password route. it keeps saying invalid user, and ive tried it using every possible combination of spelling. i just dont understand WHO is doing it, and WHY i cant get in to stop it... "help im slippin into the twilight zone" |

you've traveled back from the future to help yourself, but you can't know. you're destined to be a famous rock star and you are doubling your efforts (literally) to make sure it happens. you know, like 'bill & ted.'
now being serious...if you haven't already, you need to email the site administrators at UBW...the business side of it. you're a customer, remember? that applies even if you have a free account. also, i would send a PM to minusme. when i have a serious problem, this is one of the last places i got to. i post here, but hit the other options first since it's a problem that UBW, the business, will have to take care on their side. and they will take care of it...they always do.
i hope that this isn't going to start being like myspace where you have to worry about getting hacked! maybe that's how those spam in the reviews that show up on the home page came from. someone hacking an account and leaving a bunch of spam, making you look like a moron. they'll take care of it soon after they are all notified of your problem. i'm actually kind of concerned that this might become a trend.

hey guys, i finally got it, and ive updated everything, so that hopefully it wont happen to me again... I think I have narrowed it down to who was playing this immature little game, and hopefully they will at SOME point GROW UP... ANYWHO, all is well, so thanx for all the concern.
Gorgatron, I fully understand your worries, and honestly, this played out exactly like a myspace Phish. I just got lucky and got back in somehow.
