This tune, plus the other you have up, sounds more like dance/pop rather House. House music, with the exception of House/Electro-pop artists like Air and Daft Punk, is often more linear with nice, tempo-changing hooks. You do display that R & B trait typical of American styles of House music, but usually they're not putting together a whole pop song.
