We Pray

Every day it gets more clearer
We weren’t designed to stand alone
To stand up and admit that weakness
Took more strength then I have known
So we sit together in a circle
Hold hand and pass the day around
And laughing out loud became our identity
but would it show when the whole thing crashes down

But no one cared at the late phone call
She said will ya pray I’m not sure of it all
So we pray

We take a stand and fight for another
Take a foe and love him like a brother
And we pray
We take a need and we find a way to fill it
We take a mouth and we find a way to fill it
And we pray

The pain inside it gets more clearer
And the world comes down with a fear ya never knew
And ya get real good a praying for others needs
And it felt so strange when the hands were now on you

And how you’ve blessed now its time to be blessed
