<itunes:summary>Mark (Belgium, April 2, 196 formed his band in October 2001. He had written 6 compositions based on his 4 year stay in South America and was eager to record those feelings on tape. The resulting album 'Impresiones', published on his own record label Kramúsica and released in the US on August 10, 2004, is a work full of emotion. It travels from world to jazz, from folk to classical, from ambient to soundtrack.
'Impresiones' has been rewarded with major media attention which resulted in numerous radio broadcastings worldwide. In the famous GarageBand.com charts his song 'Patagonia' reached #21 while 'A Bokher Un A Meydl' charted #5 in the World section.
Mark has been a finalist of the 2004 Unisong International Song Contest with 'La Danza De Los Emigrantes' and of the 2004 International Acoustic Music Awards with his song 'A Bokher Un A Meydl'. Both songs are featured on his critically acclaimed album 'Impresiones'.
He's currently composing music based on his recent travels through Southeast Asia. The new songs continue to present a unique blend of world music, jazz, folk and classical music with colourful cinematic moods.
