Black Cherry Music at unsignedbandweb.com Black Cherry Black Cherry are like most other bands with a witty story about how they met in a bar, got drunk and jammed together. After which they realised that they where destined to make music collectively. Black Cherry is a sound that comprised of many elements, but like every band there is a core.
Guilhem Fraisse and Megane Quashie are what we would call the core. Arguing their way to making great decision about the development of their sound. June 2003 probably marked the first time that Gui and Meg worked together musically. With the success of that adventure they promised to work together again.
After graduating from University in 2004, Meg moved back to London and began working on a solo project whilst doing session work for various producers around the North London area. It was not until late 2004 that Meg and Gui finally got together and started working on some of the tracks that they both had already, and at the same time started creating new tracks together.
2005 has already proven to be quite eventful year for Black Cherry.
