Some will say that I lack direction
Some are sure that I'm caught up in some grand deception
Some wil say that I'm wasting my time
They should know that the time i waste is mine

Some will say that I'm just being lazy
Some are so sure that I'm just a little bit crazy
Somw will choose to offer their advice
They should know that it only twists the knife
and its letting out the water of my life

and thats why I spend my life just chasing dreams
cos everything comes apart at the seams
eyes shut tight I project the scene
and everything comes bright and gleams
understand me won't you try
I'm just an ordinary guy
trying to find out what it means
to spend my life just chasing dreams...always chasing my dreams

and some will say that I'm just seeking attention
and some will choose to doubt my intensions
some will say that I set my sights too high
They should know that I'll die if I don't try
Some will feel the passion that i feel
Some will know that what I feel is always real
Some will choose to just stand aside and stare
as I fall apart so blissfully unaware!

and I'll spend my life just chasing dreams
cos everythong else falls apart at the seams
