Alex Stangl Bio:
I've been a songwriter for many years with varying degrees of success, from indie artist to being signed with Capitol/EMI in Canada. All my bands have released cassettes, vinyl and CDs.
I've been the principal songwriter for 4 bands and recording projects; Strobic Axe (1978-1981), Bamboo (1982-1986), The Nation (1986-2001) N.O.W. & THE-N (2004-Date).
Several of my songs have been covered by independent Canadian artists.
My style is an aquired taste. A little rough around the edges, but I like what I do. Hope you'll like some of it too. |
