SPLATTERBLAST -Strait out of Kill Devil Hills . SplatterBlast born in 1988, behind the dark windowless walls of the defunct yet legendary MEX-ECONO rock club formerly located in Kill Devil Hills, NC. It is now 2006 and Team SplatterBlast has been hard at work perfecting their unique , one of a kind , punk rock sound and vocal attack. With Dueling, male/female, vocals that toy with the absurdity of everyday life and explore the details of unspoken realities that surround us all. Its a perfect mixture of adolesent angst , and mind boggling dementia teamed with a relentless grinding rythem section that at some points may break the sound barrier with their unified, bombastic assault on your earsockets. Its a soundscape created to encourage thought , spontaneous frantic movement, and all around fun. Coupled with an intense , energy ridden live show that is not to be missed .
