The Trees

The Trees Bio:

The Trees are a Three piece band from Essex, with Simon Guitar & Lead Vocals Tony Bass Guitar & Lead Vocals and big Bad Pete Drums & Percussion

The band have been together for Two years and have over Ninety songs most of which are recorded on various demos and all are included in our live set at one time or another.

The Trees influences are quite varied ranging from old favorites such as The Beatles, The Doors and Pink Floyd to more modern bands like Elbow, The Doves and The Zutons.

The Trees sound is hard to describe but we try to blend the dark undertones of The Doors and Floyd with almost Beatle-esq melodies and harmonies.

The Trees are a band who like to write songs about anything from the mundane and petty to the profound and utterly absurd whilst incorporating the light and dark that makes life so interesting.
