Plastic Toys
Plastic Toys Bio:

Once upon a time, a group of kids from Winchester entered a Kerrang unsigned band competition. And won. Back then they were called Karmic Jera, the line-up changed around a bit, and now theyre called Plastic Toys.

Thats your history lesson over. Everything from this point onwards is the future.

What we have here is a group of friends, influenced by the likes of Pantera, Garbage, Metallica, T-Rex, Marilyn Manson, Dandy Warhols and Nine Inch Nails and theyve come together to make some of the catchiest, biggest slices of pop infused electro-guitar-rock you will have heard for a bloody long time.

Were talking about absolute belters - Let Me Feel The Love, Just Like You and Tonight Only. Lets look at Let Me Feel The Love in more detail.

Instantly youre chucked into the World of Plastic Toys, its all about big drums, fuzzy guitars and loads of synths. Its a huge track and will rock your fucking socks off, if you let it! When recorded in 2004, the track was so good, Andy Gray (Korn, U2, Tori Amos) contacted the band and insisted on adding his stamp of approval and aiding them in the tracks final mix. How could they say no? Well, they didnt, obviously. The result is nothing short of brilliant! In fact, it was going down so well with the fans the band decided to make a video for it and the result is as rocky and sexy as the track itself. The guys didnt waste any time in getting the video loaded onto their web site where it attracts more attention each day, in the region of 5000 viewers since late last year, and a steady stream of online music portals wanting to get in on the action.

These tracks and a whole load more are being regularly played to a reliable and faithful fan base around London and the South Coast. Youll find the Plastic Toys in the likes of The Barfly & Underworld Camden, The Bull & Gate Kentish Town, The Joiners Southampton. For more information about the upcoming gigs and loads more, go to the website - which has been getting hits from all over the World. Radio stations, music marketing companies and music fans from as faraway as New York, Texas, LA and Tokyo have expressed an interest in getting involved with the band and their music in one way or another with the latest request for the video coming from UK Jack, a huge London based music, fashion and culture show that goes out in Japan. And you know how discerning those kids are!
