So who are Trip? And what’s with the frog?

Trip are a five piece Wirral/Liverpool band that play a sound described as post punk funk – but better! They have been credited as having hints of 80’s New York punk funk, The Gang Of Four and even Franz Ferdinand.

The band began in late 2003 as an experimental studio outfit but rapidly realised they were rather good, and so took their funk to the streets..
