July Rising Bio:
High school friends: Joe Parry, Adam Storey, Matt Thurman and Jamie Roberts formed July Rising in late 2002. The West Yorkshire (and Newcastle) based rock outfit fuse their influences to create their unique and infectious punk-pop-alternative-rock sound.
The band have learnt together and grown into what they are now, with a series of gigs under their belt Leeds and Newcastle and a 3 track E.P.
July Rising make rock music how it should be, energetic, infectious, melodic, sometimes dark and without pretention.
