Founded in 2002 Pop /Soul group Rhythmlife featuring Dasanni is a dynamic whirl of syncronized rhythm and funky backbeat. Their live shows canvas everything from high energy dance numbers to smooth ballads. with their debut release "Summer Song" on Soul Millinea Records and a subsequent 10 song CD follow up in 2005. They are poised to make their mark in the pop/ soul ,neo soul genres in a time when the self contained band is on the rise. This group may very well be a rising star. Hook on and come along for the ride.

Rhythmlife featuring Dasanni is a funky , pop / soul mix in the vein of groups like Chaka Kahn and Rufus and Graham Central Station. The midwest base group presents its brand of soul emersed in a sea of horns and syncronized rhythm. All topped off with the soulful vocals of lead singer Dasanni. They were on pace to release their debut CD in 2004 and attempt to take their place soul music genre.. Then the unexpected happened . But 2005 finds pop / soul group Rhythmlife featuring Dasanni back on track to release its new CD " Livin A Rhythm Life" by May of this year. After the sudden death of drummer Michael "Tony" Braden the group withdrew all publicity for its coming CD which was orriginally due out in 2004. Says Rhythmlife bassist Darrell "Jeep" Braden "We stopped to re-group and reorganize things and we think the result is an even better CD than we could have done had we not taken the time needed. Our experiences during that time transmitted into the songs. We also added new members whom we no will bring great ideas and contributions to the band. So, we think everyone will enjoy what this new group puts down but the proof is in the pudding so we'll let the audiences be the judge. So God bless and we will see you on the road." The 2005 version of Rhythmlife featuring Dasanni sees it releasing a re-vised. re-mixed version of the bands debut single "Summer Song" and the consequent CD on Soul Millinea Records and distributed via the internet on CDbaby just in time for summer weather cruising.. The group also will be going out and giging feverishly to promote the CD and connect with the fan base..
