new 2 piece Rock Duo from Glasgow who have recently finished a ten track album entitled, “Not It All“ .The band have no immediate plans for gigging but have been promoting the songs around various Record Companies & Media etc. “Not It All” is a slightly aromatic blend of fictional realizations from the world around us.
This collaboration of two slightly different, although pleasingly similar writers, adds a new edge to long stay music. When Phil and Scott 1st met they were trying to establish a new rock band, but with a lot of chopping and changing, they decided to give it a go as a duo. One attic conversion later, they had somewhere to set up their gear and work out how they were to achieve what seemed like an impossible feat, to create a sound like a four or five piece band, without the other members. Having taken an active decision to not look for anyone else meant doing everything on their own, so each took turn to be engineer and producer, which worked out well for both the guys as there wasn’t as much to fight over. The album was finished in time for the festivities in December, and with no time to waste, started to send out some demos of the album to various labels and other media outlets .With their own website starting to look the part they have steamrollered their way into the new year .
Future plans are leaning toward new media, with “The Caine Rooms” currently working away on their website, along with some new sounds, check out the site for some free downloads and to see what lies ahead.
