Def12 is a progressive Christian rock band. They try to reach teens with a style of music that most teens are looking for. Def12 is known as Beau Cornett, Oscar Nolan, Jessee Sizemore, and Weazel Gregory. Def12 has been together for nearly four years, they have developed their own styled progression over time. Def12's inspirations are much more than the listing. Although Def12's music hasn't reached it's full potential with it's audience the band proceeds to carry on. We feel our Lyrics are always true and very important to us all. We are currently working on our second album "Dawn to Dusk", and we all feel that our progressive style has grown since our first album.
I think the forming of this band had a lot to do with God. We were all drawned to be close friends by going to church and having our own little Church at the Jam-house where we practice every Saturday night. We've actually known each other from a young child hood even though were all still late teens. Beau may be a little older than us but he understands us all very well.
We are a very unique band in more ways than just musical terms. We all know the bad-major-annoying things in the world can't win us over. Were all really strong to know and understand that Christian Rock is very powerful to hear.. Its like a tool used to tell people about Jesus and the way he is. Def12 will continue using this tool to spread the word so everyone who is interested in progressive rock can hear the word of God. God Bless!!
