Seneki Bio:

www.seneki.com Seneki play a mix of heavy rock and metal with dark melodic overtones. Formed in late 2001, they are a five-piece band based in Sydney, Australia. Over time, Seneki's music has evolved from simpler beginnings to encompass darker, more thoughtful stylings. After a studio demo recording of the 3 tracks "One Moment", "Brutal Is The Bitten Shy" and "A Wishful Lack Of Thinking", and a second 2-track mini EP, including the tracks "Tension" and "Anymore", they are soon to finish writing and begin pre-production and recording of a long awaited debut album. Album coming soon.
Greetings people.
We are currently finishing off the final writing stages for our debut album, and will be going into pre-production soon.
It is expected to be finished in the first quarter of 2009, and will feature almost entirely new tracks.
More info will come closer to completion.
Cheers,
Seneki.

The gallery has been refreshed, as well as a new video uploaded. It's just a collection of live pics, so don't get too excited though. In other news, another track is finished, titled "Room Without A View", and several more are still in the pipeline.

Hey, A video has been uploaded of one of the tracks from the Roxbury gig last August. It's not that interesting but the song, Soak , hasn't been on here before. Also, there's a new demo track without vocals I put up to get some feedback and ideas on where to go with it. It's pretty straightforward so far, and needs a nice change in there or something.

Well Seneki have done a few gigs at the Roxbury in Glebe and the Hornsby Inn and hopefully will do a few more in the near future at the Mona Vale Hotel or nearby on the northern beaches area (Sydney). Back to writing new material too, and wow - there's 3 more songs in the works. The latest one sprang out of nowhere from a few riffs on the spot. I love it when shit just works out like that. These might take our set to an hour and a half. More news coming soon...
