The Rogue Apostrophes Bio:

Mike Anderson and Dylan Hart are brothers who formed The Rogue Apostrophes in mid-2009 to create an Experimental, Psychedelic, Eclectic, Anti-Folk Duo.

After they got back from a tour of Japan at the end of 2010, they began embarking on an experiment; a stream of consciousness effort using the sleep-deprivation techniques read about in Vietnam war diaries to record 19 songs in 2 weeks.
