Moriarti Bio:

Moriarti are a London based, four piece Alt rock band. Having started out as a Manchester student band back in 2005 John and Alex then moved to London where Nathan and most recently Marc joined the band.

Moriarti have built their sound on short sharp and loud, alt rock songs with an emphasis on catchy hooks and a powerful guitar/bass/drums combination. The sound is more crunchy than truly heavy, with melody and tunefulness melded with an often fast and furious rock sound.

As a live act Moriarti are energetic, passionate and memorable. With a sound similar to the catchy raw melody of the Foo Fighters and the powerful anthemic rock of Kings of Leon.

2008 provided great opportunities and experience of playing live for Moriarti and really helped tighten the band and create the building blocks for a truly great live performance. Early 2009 bought Moriarti’s first demo CD. Five tracks that show the bands diversity and talent.
