Dirty Sanchez & the Pancho Villas Bio:
Started in December, 2003 by Jon Ivey (vocals, guitar) and Erin Stagg (drums), the duo soon rounded out the lineup with Rich Allen on bass and former Drive-by-Trucker guitarist, Rob Malone. Before long, a thick and heavy but still rhythmic and melodic sound began to form into fully realized songs. Raising the bar with every show and every song, the band is nearly finished with its much-anticipated debut album which will be released on Athens-based label, Eleventy Records in late 2004. |
