United in Sacramento, CA in the mid 90's, RUKKUS is back with their second album since re-uniting in 2007.

Due to various legal issues, RUKKUS was separated and had to put their dreams on hold.

Member / Co-Founder KEY-LOW was the first to vacate the group and KING GINI would follow thereafter.

MADD HATTER remained free and continued to build his productions in anticipation of a RUKKUS reunion.

In 2007, his dreams became reality and RUKKUS were back at it.
