Nicholas Megalis Bio:
His music has been called everything from "absurdist love songs" to "the charming way of dropping a bomb". A self taught pianist, singer and guitarist, 18 year old Nicholas Megalis has recorded two full length albums and a slew of unreleased music. In 2006, Nicholas recorded his studio debut at Ante Up Audio in Cleveland, Ohio. The singer/songwriter has played The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Beachland Ballroom, The Grog Shop, The Agora Ballroom in Cleveland and other venues regionally. Nicholas' music is played weekly on K-ROCK FM Radio and he has appeared/been reviewed in The Scene Magazine, The Free Times, Alternative Press Magazine, The Plain Dealer, 95SX All Access Magazine, and other regional and national publications. No stranger to elaborate and strange live performances, Megalis' music is presented on stage as a "spectacle". Nicholas Megalis is currently recording new music and performing live with drummer Chelsea Simmons. |
