James Dalomba aka Dj Flamez a Cape Verdean determined to make a difference in our music life, as some people never seen him before others are ready to follow his foot steps, collaborating his dreams with focus minds...Big Dreamerz. Dj Flamez was born in Brava, Cape Verde in the year 1978 and was raised by his mother, In 1991 When he was 13 years old he moved to United States. He started high school in Central Falls taking ESL for 3 years as a Special ED. student, from there he moved to Pawtucket where he attended Shea High School for few years taking regular classes. In 1996 Dj Flamez graduated and went on to technical college full time while he works part-time, at this time he was already living on his own supporting his first child & learning to use the turntables. Three years later Dj Flamez graduated from technical college with a 4.0 G.P.A. in Computer Operation, Network & Support. He started using his experience to promote himself as a dj and started Big Dreamerz Ent. as a dj service company. A passion for music was never on Dj Flamez mind, Mostly he talks about his history filled with poverty, unhealthy environment and no way to build a future, he always wants to get to the point so he never really expresses his past, instead he takes his time mastering and engineering the music scene. Dj Flamez knows he has to be more hungry than the others, since 2001 he started his own Record company and collaborated with some of the hottest and most creative talents in RI. Dj Flamez started as a dj doing parties at different venues, colleges, private parties and house parties while he was working on his first mixtape (square mile storm) everyone who heard the mixtape started asking Dj Flamez how he was able to do those kind of mixes on his first mixtape, the mixtape sounded like it came from an experienced dj or well known dj, but it was only the beginning for this dj , since then he got heavy into producing music for other artists and signed his own artist to his label BIG DREAMERZ ENTERTAINMENT. ON NOVEMBER 29, 1979 WAS THE BIRTH OF JOAO DALOMBA AKA BIG MOTCHA, BORN IN LOMBA TANTUM, BRAVA
CAPE VERDE. ON JANUARY 1997 HE MOVED TO UNITED STATES WITH HIS MOTHER, BROTHERS AND SISTERS.
BIG MOTCHA GOT INTO MUSIC BY HANGING OUT WITH DJ FLAMEZ WHO IS HIS BLOOD FAMILY AND HE WAS ALWAYS DOING PARTIES AND HAD ALLOT OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE MUSIC BUSINESS, HE STARTED HANGING OUT WITH
DJ FLAMEZ, EVERY WHERE DJ FLAMEZ WENT BIG MOTCHA WANTED TO BE THERE TO SHOW LOVE AND SUPPORT, EVEN CARRY EQUIPMENT, DO PROMOTION AND ORGANIZE EVENTS.
