Skippy Tornado Project
Skippy Tornado Project Bio:

As the Summer of 2008 begins, the big question on the minds of music fans all over the world is "Who in the hell is Skippy Tornado, what is he screaming about and why is he wearing those bunny ears?"

Juvee Records, in association with INgrooves Pure Digital Media is proud to introduce the loudest, most outrageous and foul mouthed crime fighter ever to pull on tight leather pants and grab a microphone...

In a time of great change in the music industry, it is our pleasure to present to you a man not the least concerned with honor, dignity, humility, manners or decency.

For it takes a true and mighty champion, a fierce and relentless foe of political correctness to summon the courage to speak his mind, no matter who he offends.

It requires a shameless liberator of long lost laughter to rescue the planet from the evils of a bitter, boring and bland music industry.

Tornado explains: "If I hear one more tired, overproduced and predictable ballad from an American Idol winner I'm going to eat my Gibson Flying V!"

So, without further delay, please welcome The Duke of Disaster, The Fighting Fists of Fury, The World's Loudest Spaz Rock Super Hero...Skippy Tornado!

The Story So Far...

The former lead vocalist for SuperBooty, San Francisco's legendary 15-piece party band, Mr. Tornado retired from the group in late 2006 due to "exhaustion."

After 350 concerts, including shows at LollaPalooza, The Fillmore, Bimbo's, Slim's, The Great American Music Hall, The Catalyst and the Cow Palace, Skippy had accomplished all he possibly could in the funk rock musical genre.

After his final concert on New Year's Eve 2006, Tornado went beserk and vowed never to play music again.

Channeling his anger at a world gone mad, in the Fall of 2007 he went into the studio to record "Stick This In Your iPod" a mezmerizing album of blistering hard rock comedy.

His debut album was released in February of 2008 to a world-wide audience of snarling and ungrateful juvenile delinquents.

Unhappy with millions of dollars in new music royalties, Tornado continued his journey to the Gates of Hell and spent the Spring of 2008 in the studio.

In June he emerged as a battle scarred musical warrior with twelve spine splitting tracks in hand.

He states: "My first album was more of a straight up rock record, with riveting tracks such as "Barfed In My Backpack", "Big Boobed Babysitter" and "Who Took A Dump In My Lunch Box".

"Apparently on those songs I wasn't screaming loud enough, so now I'm going for the throat and no one can stop me!"

"Clowns From Uranus" will be released in August 2008 to most major music download sites including iTunes, Napster and Rhapsody.

Other properties in development include an animated cartoon series, a feature film, a tv series and a video game title. For more information email info@skippytornado.com
