Real Musiq Bio:
I was born in the south side of Chicago. At that time, I was raised around mostly Jazz and Blues. Moved out of Chicago when I was 11/12 to Phoenix,AZ. That was really around the time when I started listening to Hip-Hop/Rap. I was sprung from that moment on!!! I would like to say my biggest influences are 2pac, Big L, Notorious, Nas, Dre, Bone Thugs, Method Man, Tech 9, Scarface And The List Keeps On Going! I really try to incorperate what I see and what I go through on the regular basises into the music. REAL issues we deal with, as a people; I offer my opinions on how to solve them. I am a Hip-Hop artist, therefore, when you bump my stuff you are going to love it! It comes straight from my heart and the pain I see through my people. In other words, if you want something to make you think, if you are tired of all the bs you hear on the radio and you want something to make you feel good THEN LISTEN TO ME!!!!!!!
I feel as Artists we have the responsibility to come together, if not physically but mentally to change this bullshit we hear on the radio. Bring it back to where it needs to be; the heart, the soul. The only way to accomplish this task is UNIFICATION. I'm Just Being REAL!!
