RELIK

RELIK Bio:

Relik formed at the end of February 2007. After a few line up changes the band has finally settled with what makes the band today. Pete, Nick, James, Martin and Sean.

Peter is the son of former Stereophonics manager John Brand and has had a lifetime connection with the music industry, going on tour with various bands such as InMe, Stereophonics and U2. Pete is also a professional music video director, working with InMe, Kula Shaker and Lacuna Coil.

In June 2007, the original line up of Relik recruited front man James Hewitt to strutt his stuff on the microphone. With the line up complete Relik played two gigs at Sound, Leicester Square and The Rising Sun, Haddenham. Unfortunately a month later the band disbanded a little, driving it back to the routes of Peter's guitar playing and songwriting and James' vocals. So they set about finding a new band. Introducing Nick Strong on rhythm guitar, Sean Dyer on drums and and Martin Fouracre on bass.

Pete is a talented songwriter, writing songs such as "Route 666", "Protect Your Hand", "Just For You" and "If I Told You".

Each of the band have very similar but also very vast influences when it comes to music and with this comes the sound of Relik.

Relik are a 5 piece rock band who perform a great live set around the south of the UK and are soon looking to do their first M4 Tour!!!
