Prolapse Bio:

Prolapse satarted in the fall months of 2003. Two friends who had played together for years found a drummer named Ian Arthur in fond du lac 45minutes away from there home town. Arrangements were made for a practice and things exploded.
The bass player Don unexpectedly quit and Prolapse was forced to find a new bassist. Jordan Schultz the Lead guitarist and vocalist quickly recruited his younger brother TJ. He was immediatley part of the band and they began writing new material.
There first show was at the fond du lac university of wisconsin. the concert was poor compared to there intense live show now, but none the less was a start. They kept practicing and eventually played some more shows and gained some popularity. They started a purevolume site and scheduled there first preshow at the Rave for CKY. CKY pulled prolapse from the bill a few days prior to the event saying they didnt want highschool bands before them. Prolapse did not let this get to them and quickly scheduled another preshow with Finger Eleven a few months later. With the added practice, the Rave preshow was there best to that date. Quickly after there purevolume site gained hits and the popularity grew. There next show in Fond du Lac, there first in a year, was a hit. They then proceeded to win the Hartford High battle of the bands which they had lost the previous year. It was out of 8 bands and was quite the feat.

There next preshow is scheduled with Breaking Benjamin, one of there main influences, on march 27th at the Rave. Now the 5th most viewed metal band in wisconsin on purevolume.com, it is clear prolapses addicting crunchy sound is here to stay.
